Strawberry Trifle Shots

The best part about strawberry trifle shots, apart from the taste, is their captivating colors. Include this dessert in your party menu, and your dessert table will be off to slay.

Ingredients:

  • Milk (500 ml)
  • Custard powder (2 tbsp)
  • Sugar (4 tbsp)
  • Strawberry jelly mix packet
  • Heavy whipping cream (100 ml)

Procedure:

Step 1: Mix custard powder in 4 tbsp cold water. Boil milk in a saucepan and add the custard mix in it gradually while stirring. Keep stirring with a whisk because you don’t want any lumps in your dessert. When it reaches the perfect consistency, i.e., not too runny, not too thick, take it off the stove and let it cool down. Transfer in a piping bag.

Step 2: Prepare the jelly following the recipe written on the packet. While the jelly is hot, pour it into mini cups, so it sets in them.

Step 3: Meanwhile, whip up the heavy whipping cream until soft peak forms. Transfer in a piping bag and put a piping tip at the end.

Step 4: Now pour the custard mix on top of the jelly and then finalize with a layer of heavy whipping cream. Finally, top it off with strawberry slices and blueberries. Serve chilled.
