Memorial Day Decorations

Get into the spirit of Memorial Day and decorate your home with patriotic decorations.

Let the Food and Dinnerware Do the Decor

Your party table can really stand out if the food and dinnerware complement each other. Create harmony on the table with cutlery, plates, bowls, and linens. This part is often neglected, but you will require to spend a reasonable amount of time looking for the right type and contrasting or matching the color of dinnerware.

Get dinnerware in patriotic colors from The Kaya Collection for a Memorial Day cookout. In addition, it becomes easier for you to get matching tableware for your tables because we have a vast collection of disposable plastic dinnerware.

Make a cute garland of red, blue, and white pom poms. It is a quick DIY project and can be made in under 5 minutes. You can call it 'bonus decor' because you can reuse it on the fourth of July.

Patriotic Bouquet

Get red, blue, and white flowers from the store and arrange them in a blue or white vase. You can make little patriotic bouquets and give them to your guests as party favors.

Stars on the Wall

Of course, put giant stars on the wall in red, blue, and white colors. Furthermore, arrange little stars in a garland and hang them somewhere on the wall.

Front Door Wreath

Wreaths can be made in a lot of different ways. For example, you can use ribbons with America's flag printed all over them. Fake flowers in patriotic colors can also be a great way to make a wreath for your front door. Ruffled organza fabric can also be wrapped around a wire to make a wreath.

Patriotic Napkins

Wrap patriotic napkins in red, white, and blue colors and put them on the table. We have beautiful napkins in all these colors.

Memorial Day Crafts for Kids

Kids should equally take part in making decorations for Memorial Day to get that spirit. Let them make printable American flags, paper plate wreaths, tissue paper flowers, and red and white rose bouquets in blue glass.

Encourage them to participate in patriotic activities. For example, give each kid a sheet of paper and ask them to write what they would do if their country needed them.
