Assemble the Pancake Bar

You don't need a lot of things to set up a stylish pancake bar. All you need is a table, plastic serving trays and platters, cutlery, toppings, and some delicious pancakes. Here's how to assemble everything over a pancake bar table.

Prepare the Table

This step is the easiest one. Put a table in the center of your living room or wherever you're hosting the party. It's better not to put a tablecloth over it - keep it as simple as you can.

Pancake Table Decor

Pancake table decor does not have to be very elaborate. Just make a sign that says something like "It's Pancake Day" or "Pancakes and Pajamas," and you're good to go. You can make a paper pancake garland as a backdrop if you want.

Plastic Serving Ware

While all the steps have been so easy so far, this one can be a little perturbing because serving the pancakes with style is the first thing you want. Set up a stylish disposable serving ware on the table that can enhance the looks of your pancake table while being disposable.

To make this step less daunting, we can tell you where to get the most beautiful dinnerware. The Kaya Collection has the perfect serving ware for parties that brings excellent quality and elegance to your party tables. Our disposable serving ware offers a variety of

Prepare Toppings

There is a long list of toppings you can prepare for your pancake bar. Honestly, having a variety of toppings can be perfect because it will give your guests the freedom to choose their favorite ones.

Toppings like chocolate chips, blueberries, cherries, sliced strawberries, whipped cream with cream cheese and ricotta cheese, Nutella, M&Ms, sprinkles, chopped nuts, and sliced bananas can be great options.

Serve Other Foods

Don't stop at just the pancakes. Instead, prepare smoothies and serve them on your pancake bar. Also, consider making tea as most people prefer pancakes with tea.

Serve the Pancakes

Make the pancakes in different flavors and put them on the table. We are about to tell you the two most delicious pancake recipes that will make your guests beg for more.

Top Recipes for Pancakes

The following recipes are a must for your pancake bar. They are not like the ordinary ones and taste amazing - after all, your pancake bar has to be extraordinary.

Nutella-Filled Pancakes

Nutella is everyone's favorite, and we cannot disagree on that. Some Nutella-filled pancakes can set your pancake bar off to slay. They are the best choice if you are looking for delicious, fulfilling pancakes for an event.

Make Nutella circles of around 1 tbsp on parchment paper. Flatten them out with the back of a spoon. Let them freeze.

Put 2 tbsp sugar and 2 eggs in a bowl and beat them until they are creamy. Pour in 200 ml milk, 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 2 tsp vanilla powder, and whisk until well combined. Pour the batter into a jar with a nozzle.

Heat a pan over medium heat and brush it with oil. Pour the batter onto the pan. Place the frozen Nutella and add another layer of batter on top. Cook both sides until they are light brown. Serve in some elegant disposable serving platters.

Banana Chocolate Chip Ebelskivers

To make banana chocolate chip pancakes, separate two large egg whites in a bowl. Whisk the egg whites until frothy and leave the yolks for later use.

Prepare the batter: In a separate bowl, put 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tbsp white sugar, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup whole milk, 2 tbsp vinegar, and the separated egg yolks. Whisk everything together and fold in the egg whites.

Prepare the filling: Mash two large bananas and mix in 1 tbsp brown sugar and 3 tbsp chopped walnuts.

Cooking: Put a muffin or cupcake tray in a large pan over medium heat. Brush the tray with oil and sprinkle powdered sugar in each mold. Fill the molds halfway with the batter and then put an equal amount of banana-walnut filling over them. Next, sprinkle chocolate chips and again pour the batter to fill each mold up to the top.

Once you feel like the pancakes are turning golden-brown from the sides, flip them over and cook the bottom part. Serve with raspberries or red cherries.

DIY Pancake Breakfast Board

If you are looking for a way to serve amazing pancakes, then we have got something for you. You might have heard about a charcuterie board, right? A pancake board is set up just like that, looks trendy, and is perfect for breakfast or a brunch party. You can make it as simple or as elaborate as you want - it's totally up to you.

On a charcuterie board, place a platter in the center and fill it with pancakes. On the sides, put bowls with different toppings inside. For example, place sliced bananas and strawberries in the space between the platter and the bowls. Feel free to take many inspirations here and customize it as per your liking.

Finally, when everything is set up, start the party and entertain your guests with good music and fun activities.
